To Return An Item For Repair:
Call 1-800-889-9883 and explain the situation to a customer service representative. You will be given a return authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the product(s). Be certain all items are sent back for repair packaged properly, and the RA number is marked clearly on the outside of the box. No warranty decisions can be made over the phone. The product(s) must be returned to the factory for review by the repair department.
